Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Elite Training Academy website and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Elite Training Academy provides online exam-preparation courses intended to help students prepare for state insurance licensing examinations. Unless clearly indicated otherwise on a course page, our courses are exam-prep only and do not by themselves satisfy a state's pre-licensing education requirements.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and accept responsibility for activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Purchases and access

Course access is granted on a per-course basis after payment is received. Unless otherwise stated, access does not expire. Pricing is displayed in U.S. dollars and is inclusive of applicable taxes only when explicitly noted.

4. Refunds

Our refund policy is published at /legal/refund and is incorporated by reference.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account or login credentials with anyone else;
  • Copy, download, redistribute, or create derivative works from course content except as permitted by applicable law;
  • Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to access the Service beyond what the Service's interfaces expose;
  • Attempt to circumvent seat-time tracking, proctoring, or assessment integrity mechanisms.

6. Intellectual property

All course materials, including text, questions, and multimedia, are the property of Elite Training Academy or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use them for your personal study.

7. Regulatory notices

Where a course is approved by a state department of insurance, the provider number, course number, and credit hours appear on the course page and on any completion certificate. Certificate issuance is contingent on satisfying all state requirements (including any identity verification and seat-time thresholds).

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, THE ACCURACY OF ANY STUDY MATERIAL, OR THAT USE OF THE SERVICE WILL RESULT IN A PASSING LICENSING-EXAM SCORE.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Training Academy's total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and Elite Training Academy agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we will notify you at the email address associated with your account or by posting a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance.
