Refund Policy

Effective April 20, 2026

We want you to feel confident about your purchase. Our refund policy is straightforward.

Seven-day refund window

You may request a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase, provided that you have completed less than 25% of the course and have not begun the final exam.

After the window

After seven days, or after you have completed 25% or more of the course or started the final exam, purchases are non-refundable.

Exceptions

We will consider refunds outside the standard window in cases of:

  • Duplicate charges;
  • Technical issues we could not resolve that prevented you from using the course;
  • Medical emergencies, documented with reasonable evidence.

How to request a refund

Email support@elitetrainingacademy.com from the email address on your account with your order number. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Certificates already issued

If a state-submitted course completion has already been reported to a regulator on your behalf, we cannot recall the report, and the purchase is not refundable.
